About

Integrity is doing the right thing, even when no one is watching. ― C.S. Lewis

What We Do

As a Better Business Bureau Eclipse Integrity Award winner, we are delighted to be defined by our integrity and our other company principles.  They are the high standards we practice every day, with business partners, on every project.

Elements IV Interiors is a Dayton-based minority-owned, 8(a) certified, small disadvantaged business that has specialized in the management of furniture contracts and projects of all size and scope.  Our 43 person team includes over 25 full time installation professionals, 4 Interior design professionals (1 NCIDQ Certified) along with 2 project managers. Our corporate headquarters is a LEED-CI Silver Certified facility, where we have 10,000 square feet of showroom and 30,000 square feet of warehouse space.

Since 1990 we have partnered with Haworth, Inc. a leader in the commercial office furnishings industry. Our installers are Haworth certified, having successfully completed a strict training program.  In addition, we hold the Base Wide Maintenance Contract for existing systems furniture at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. This contract requires our team to be experienced in asset managing a 57,000 square foot warehouse and reconfiguration services of all systems and freestanding furniture products on the market today. This knowledge base is beneficial for all customers as they focus on utilizing existing inventory to meet their requirements in today’s economy.

Complementing our focus on Wright Patterson has been an aggressive effort to service the commercial sector of the Dayton market. This led us to work closely with multi facility customers locally, regionally and nationally in a seamless manner. Over the years, we have grown the commercial sector of our business and vertical markets such as healthcare, higher education, and K-12 schools by focusing on outstanding customer service and strategic marketing.
